PHASE 1

Getting your books under control starts with understanding how your business actually runs. Here's our onboarding process:

Facility walkthrough and staff interviews — tour operations, meet key personnel handling cash, checks, credit cards, and POS systems
Cash flow and controls assessment — analyze cash flow, evaluate internal controls, and review protocols
Financial data migration — move financial data, contacts, vendors, and related records into our cloud-based accounting system
Bank and account automation — set up automated integrations with bank accounts, credit card accounts, and other connected systems
Client and staff training — train your team to run financial statement generation within the system
Ongoing technical support — available on a go-forward basis as needed

PHASE 2

Once Setup and Onboarding is complete, we move into ongoing account management:

Day-to-day operations — our team handles daily bookkeeping and account management
Monthly reconciliations — accounts are reconciled every month to ensure accuracy
Monthly financial statements — accurate, reliable statements delivered securely by the 15th of each month
24/7 client access — generate financial reports anytime, anywhere through the software
Dual CPA coverage — two CPAs assigned to each account for timely delivery, support, and maintenance
