Competitive Compensation

Our base salary with bi-annual performance bonus is highly competitive in our market. We enhance that with financial incentives for top-performers and a monthly business development bonus for attracting clients to the firm.

Comprehensive Benefits

We offer an excellent retirement plan with employer matching. We also offer 100% employer-paid health, dental, and supplementary accident insurance, plus 50% employer coverage for Associates’ dependents. Additionally, we pay for meals during tax season, Continuing Professional Education (CPE) opportunities, on-site and off-site training, CPA and EA licensing fees, and State Society dues.

Life-Work Balance

Our firm offers a Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO) package, allowing Associates to take as much time off as they need. Associates can also design their daily schedules and work from home. And, four months out of the year, our firm closes at 1 PM on Fridays so team members can enjoy long weekends with friends and family.

Commitment to Productivity

We invest substantially in information technology and infrastructure and leverage the latest IT tools and resources, including multiple monitors on customized PCs. We provide all Associates with their own offices for complete privacy and productivity (no cubicles). And we safeguard CPA productivity by handling administrative tasks like calendaring and document follow-up.
